CANCELLATION, REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Cancellations of services may occur for various reasons and are primarily dependent on the Service Partner associated with CSP Saathi Retail Ltd. Some cancellations may be initiated by the user, while others may result from technical issues. The following guidelines apply:

  • ● Certain Service Partners allow users to cancel their transactions, while others may not offer this option
  • ● Refunds for cancelled transactions, where applicable, will be processed based on the turnaround time (TAT) provided by the respective Service Partner or Bank. The refund will be credited back to the CSP Saathi Retailer’s/ Distributor’s/Super Distributor’s CSP Wallet.


In cases where a user, such as a CSP Saathi Retailer, Distributor, or Super Distributor, attempts to recharge their CSP Wallet and raises a chargeback with their bank within 120 days of the transaction, the following will apply:

  • ● A chargeback may only be raised if the CSP Wallet is not credited within the specified TAT.
  • ● Upon receiving a chargeback complaint from the Payment Gateway or Bank, CSP Saathi reserves the right to deactivate the CSP Saathi Portal for the specific user involved
  • ● CSP Saathi will provide transaction details, along with supporting documentation, to refute any claims made by the user if the CSP Wallet was credited in a timely manner.
  • ● It is the user’s responsibility to remove the chargeback if it is proven that the wallet was correctly credited.
